Ahhh. This post will be short and sweet because I have a ton to do before I leave for Notre Dame tomorrow. I'm here to announce my 100 followers giveaway!
One question? How do you fuel for long runs? Gus? chomps? Salt tabs? jelly beans??
After playing with fueling all year last summer, I thought I finally had it down (Gu's mint chocolate and chocolate outrage, yum!) but after eating so many, they weren't quit as friendly. When this spring came around, I decided to eat only Hammer Endurolytes (salt tabs), jelly beans and jolly ranchers! That for me folks, is a winning combo!
So, what do I have for you???
I'll be sending you a package of jolly ranchers and a package of jelly beans. There happen to be my FAVE, but I'm not sure if I can find them anymore since it's not Easter. I will do my best to find some super yummy ones for you:)
And a package of my new favorite gum...have you seen this stuff??? It's AMAZING! It's trident vitality awaken and I seriously chewed only 3 pieces during my last marathon (compared to 9 the one before) because it never gets hard and keeps it's flavor pretty darn well!
